[ He can hear the steady bubbling of the water as it starts to boil. He sets the knife down and takes a minute to lift the cutting board, tilting it carefully to get the vegetables that he's cut into the water. After that's done, he sets the cutting board back down on the counter. ]

I can teach you, [ giving a light laugh himself. ] I've found ways to carefully sneak vegetables into his food. There are some recipes that he doesn't seem to mind.

[ Like the dessert for starters, the man loves his fries though so it isn't too much of a surprise that Noctis doesn't seem to mind potatoes. ]

It's potatoes, but he does like his fries so it wasn't a brainier there.

With anything green, he scrunches his nose... [ She smiles a bit fondly at that. ] But I found that it isn't as if he picks off all of his vegetables all the time. [ Especially if it seems more effort than it's worth. ]

For example, he doesn't peel off the seaweed for the onigiri or pluck out each sesame seed I prepare onigiri for him.
